Ask Me Whats x Philosophy Event

Last Saturday, I attended workshop on Philosophy with Ms.Nikki Tiu of Ask Me Whats. The event was held at the new Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall.

    A little info about Philosophy, it was founded in the USA in 1996 by Cristina Carlino, a cosmetic industry visionary, with over 30 years experience in clinical skin care and beauty. The first company Cristina founded was biomedic, a medically-based skin care line distributed to the worlds' leading plastic surgeon and dermatologists from biomedic, Cristina expanded her inspirational vision to create Philosophy, her goal was to bridge the gap between what was offered in doctors' offices and retail, so women everywhere could personally access leading skin care technologies.  Upon entering on Philosophy, their top and best selling products will be the first to be seen. What I like about their store is that their products are categorized based on your daily needs or skin problems such as Anti-aging, Moisturizing, Peels & Exfoliators, Brightening, Cleansing, etc. The description of the products on their shelves is also a plus point for me.

Ms. Nikki talked about skin care and I learned a lot from it. My most favorite part is when she taught us how to use skin products in a right way and the importance of the eye cream. I love listening to her because she was so bubbly. After our discussion we got a free facial courtesy of Philosophy. They used their best selling product which is The Microdelivery Peel. And before the workshop ends, Philosophy gave a 5k worth of their products to one lucky winner.

And of course each of us took home a loot bag filled with Philosophy product samples. I will post the loots I got tomorrow. I forgot to bring my flash drive. hihi As I promised yesterday, here are the samples I received: (from left to right) Hands of Hope hand and cuticle cream (product I bought using my 500 GC which also a part of the loot), Total Matteness, 2 samples of Hope in a Jar high performance moisturizer for all skin types, Purity facial wash and Eye hope eye cream.
