Last February 15, 2016, Althea Korea was finally launched here in our country. It is the popular Korean beauty shopping site that housed most of my favorite K-brands such as Banila Co, Tony Moly, Holika Holika, Too Cool for School and Etude House. Inline with this, Althea also carry wonderful and trendy products that are new to our eyes. So if you are a K- pop fanatic and basically loves Korean makeup and skincare like me, you will definitely love this too!
I got chosen to be one of the first few shoppers to shop on Althea Korea Philippines. (Hello Tammy! thanks for the invite.) Being their beta-tester was one of the great experiences happened to me this year. I had a mixed emotions when I started to do the shopping thing. I was excited yet frustrated in a good way. Because to tell you the truth I really had a hard time choosing what products should I get. I guess it took me for almost one and a half hour to finalize my orders. Gee~ Thanks for so many brands to choose from!
When my first Althea Korea box was arrived I was totally giddy to unbox it. Look how cute and girly their box is. I'm totally in-love with it, I can even use it as a storage for my jewelries. As you can see on the photo I posted above, each products was covered in a plastic bubble wrap to ensure its safety especially when the item is fragile. Althea's delivery time takes 5-8 working days before it arrives on your doorstep. But mine's took 6 days only. Easy peasy huh! Take note that it's from Korea.

Too Cool For School Egg Mousse Pack (Original Price: P720.00 Price from AK: P470.00) - A whipped foam facial mask made from egg white and egg yolk extracts that creates a smooth and radiant perfection in as little as five minutes.
Etude House Lash Perm All Shockcara (Original Price: P660.00 Price from AK: P450.00) - This all aorund, waterproof mascara perfects each individual lash with its shocking volume, curl, and dramatic length.
Holika Holika Pig Nose Clear Black Head Cleansing Sugar Scrub (Original Price: P414.00 Price from AK: P340.00) - This is a wash-off scrub to exfoliate blackhead. It contains soft white sugar for exfoliating. It removes dead skin cells and allowing for easier extraction of blackheads and other impurities from pores.
Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base (Original Price: P448.00 Price from AK: P290.00) - A silky type eye base for bright eyes with flower scent. It brightens, moisturizes, clears, and covers dark and blemished skin.
Piolang CP-1 Scalp Soothing Injection (Original Price: RM16.00 Price from AK:RM7.50) - This product is new to. It caught my attention so why not to try it? Well, this is a soothing serum that is perfect for sensitive scalp.
And for my remaining credits, I decided to get the Angel Factory's All In One Peeling Pad (Original Price: RM13.00 Price from AK:RM4.80).
Aside from cheap and affordable prices Althea offers free shipping with a minimum purchase of Php 1,500.00 (RM150) and above. They also have a 30-days unconditional refund if you are not contented with your orders. Another perk of buying through them is that they give a freebies. I love this idea because they know what are the customer's wants and likes. Well Althea included one sachet of Nature Republic Shea Butter Steam Cream inside my box. hihi.
