I love to play sports such as volleyball and badminton (take note that I am not a varsity nor expert on playing these two, its just for fun! haha. ) just to stay fit and healthy. I also attend aerobics and zumbba classes wherever I'm free. But most of the time, I spend my day jogging. It is part of my daily routine. Ah it feels so good to release those sweats.
